An exotic restaurant hosted by the Palace of Linares, now seat of the Casa de América. The renowned chef Sergio Fernández has mixed flavours and added nuances to pair both continents in our mouths. Amazónico
This restaurant, belonging to Paraguas group, will take you to the rainforest, at the other side of the Atlantic, with its original products, full of personality. It offers a careful selection of tropical cocktails, a sushi bar and an open kitchen which is a real treat for all five senses. It is in Jorge Juan, 20.
Habanera
Plaza de Colón is full of restaurants and places where you can enjoy true delicacies, but Habanera is a paradise on Earth! Decorated with palm trees, tropical flowers and big windows that let plenty of light in, you can feel Cuba in one of the busiest areas in the city, close to your apartment in Génova 5. Specifically, it is in Génova 28.
Perrachica
If you are looking for an oasis in the middle of Madrid, that is Perrachica. Its 900 metres, encompassing an indoors area and a terrace, make it a perfect place to meet up after work or celebrate a special occasion. Both its atmosphere and dishes have a distinct personality.
